ATTENTION VENDORS-Kansas City/Overland Parlk

We currently working on table space and show diversity, this doesn't guarantee you the table space, but PLEASE fill out the form so we can move you forward as space is being mapped out!! We will contact you and send an invoice to make your space guaranteed, must pay invoice to secure your space.

TABLES
-Tables are 8ft x 30 inches. Each booth comes with 2 chairs.
 You will need any and all Table Cloths/banners, ect 
 
BADGES 
1 per table - 4 max with any booth size over 4 tables , extra Vendor badges can be purchased 
(unless worked out ahead of time )
 
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is $75. Please remember to select electricity above.   
 
 
 
 
 
SHARING BOOTHS
No sharing booths unless prior authorization from a promoter is given. Clear and visible signage is required for each vendor within a booth.
 
RULES
These rules for Vendors are to have a fun and successful show. First and foremost we want you to succeed. This list of rules also has things listed that, if not abided by, can result in legal issues. Please work with us to throw a successful show
 
   1.  All table placements are well mapped and planned, we will try to accommodate any requests but your table placement is final.
   2. All vendors must have signage to display clearly and correctly who they are . (Banners, Tablecloth, Signs, Placards).
   3. Please ensure your displays allow for a adequate space for your animals. No cramming into deli cups or displays.
   4. Your booth is your booth, please keep your products, animals, display within your space. Don’t block the aisles or stand in the way of others booths. 
   
   6. Only established animals are allowed. Quarantine your imports and ensure they are healthy and thriving. No Animals that are considered too young to be sold.
   7. PLEASE keep the peace, disturbances between vendors, staff or attendees will not be tolerated.
   8. No Mites will be tolerated, if we see or hear of animals being sold with Mites you will be asked not to return to the show
 
 
Vendors, please plan to stay the entirety of the listed show hours. If something arises that requires you to leave early please find to contact a show promoter and talk it through!

K. S. A. 32-1301 to 1312 This set of Kansas statutes comprises the state's dangerous regulated animals act. Under the Act, a "dangerous regulated animal" means a live or slaughtered parts of lions, tigers, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs and mountain lions, or any hybrid thereof; bears or any hybrid thereof; and all non-native, venomous snakes. Except as provided in this section, it is unlawful for a person to possess, slaughter, sell, purchase or otherwise acquire a dangerous regulated animal.
